What’s Happening at the Abbey

SATURDAY LUNCHTIME RECITALS

The following Saturday Lunchtime Concerts, begin at 12.30pm:

Christopher Nickol (organ)
Christopher Nickol is director of music at New Kilpatrick Parish Church and a winner of the Paisley Organ Competition.
Admission is free as part of the Weaving Musical Threads weekend of events.  
                                                                                                                                                                                                 
WEAVING MUSICAL THREADS - Saturday 3rd March, Sunday 4th
As part of Music Nation and the Cultural Olympiad, Weaving Musical Threads  
will be a weekend showcasing the Arts – music song, theatre dance, art,
writing etc. -throughout Renfrewshire.

SOCIAL AND FUNDRAISING
Sunday 26 February
 A Scots Lunch has been arranged in the Place of Paisley on Sunday 26 February at 12.30 pm. Lunch will be Scotch broth, haggis, neeps and tatties and clootie dumpling or shortbread with tea or coffee. Entertainment - Scots songs (Sylvia and Matthew from choir) and poems. Please contact Margaret Sharp about any special dietary requirements. Proceeds will be shared between Christian Aid and the Abbey.

Tickets are on sale at the Abbey shop.
Tickets £5 and £2.50 for children
